LEADING TOGETHER
The Teaching Team meeting takes place each week for 2 hours led by the Senior Pastor of the Zero Collective. This meeting is comprised of all Lead Pastors from each church to both coach and evaluate the precious weekend’s sermons. Each individual who preached is given feedback and coached by the team on a variety of different communication mechanics and techniques. The goal is to receive helpful feedback from diverse viewpoints to better understand how each sermon was received and applied. This team also meets on a quarterly basis on a Teaching Team Retreat to collaboratively plan out and execute sermon series for a rolling 3-4 months ahead.
